Sales Account Executive (Polish Market)

๐ Who we are looking for
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our sales team in Poland and help us achieve ambitious growth goals.
Your main responsibility will be closing deals with business clients who need modern telephony, call tracking, and AI-powered analytics solutions โ a product that solves real and measurable business challenges.
The seniority level and sales targets will be determined during the recruitment process based on your experience.

Must-have requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, IT services, or digital products).
- Experience managing the full sales cycle โ from the first contact or demo to closing the deal.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Persistence in working with leads and the ability to effectively handle objections.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Native or fluent Polish (required).
English level B2+ or higher (required).
Nice to have:
- Experience selling telecommunications products.
- Experience using AI tools in sales workflows (e.g., ChatGPT).
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
๐ Your responsibilities
- Achieve the main goal: closing deals while maximizing conversion rates and average deal size, consistently delivering monthly sales targets.
- Manage the full inbound sales cycle: demo โ negotiations โ closing.
- Conduct product presentations (primarily online meetings), adapting communication to different stakeholders (e.g., Head of Sales, CMO, CEO, IT Lead).
- Effectively handle objections and competitive situations.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the Ringostat product ecosystem to maximize deal value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (every deal and next step properly documented).
- Collaborate with SDR, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and industry events when needed.
