Senior Manual QA Engineer (Only Vinnytsia)

Responsibilities
Work closely with AI tools to automate tests, test planning and processes
Plan and execute manual tests for Web, Mobile, and Backend systems
Write and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites
Analyze product requirements and identify risks early in the development lifecycle
Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the release cycle
Open, track, and manage bugs using Jira
Own feature quality and end-to-end user flow validation
Participate in release validations and production sanity checks
Collaborate across squads and support cross-system testing efforts
Utilize AI tools to improve QA efficiency, investigation, and workflow processes

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Manual QA, preferably at a mid-size company or larger.
Experience testing Web and Mobile applications
Good understanding of Client/Server architecture
Experience with, and drive to use, AI tools
Experience working with Jira
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
High attention to detail and quality mindset
Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Fluent English (written and verbal)
