We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help build, customize, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for enterprise-level business processes.

In this role, you will work closely with consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop scalable workflows, integrations, and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Implement workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and automation processes
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and deployments
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and platform governance standards

• Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives

   

Requirements:

• Commercial experience with ServiceNow development
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience configuring workflows, catalog items, and service portals
• Understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• English level sufficient for professional communication
