We are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to join our team and help drive digital transformation initiatives through the implementation, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to analyze business needs, design efficient workflows, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve operational processes and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders;
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows;
• Participate in implementation, integration, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions;
• Support incident, problem, change, and service request management processes;
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve system efficiency;
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation;
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution;
• Provide консультації та support for ServiceNow users and internal teams;
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process automation;

• Ensure best practices and platform governance standards are followed.

   

Requirements:

• Experience working with ServiceNow platform
• Understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• English level sufficient for professional communication
