Sales/Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound follow-up
  • Run product demonstrations and present tailored proposals to prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start with the product
  • Build long-term relationships and become a trusted partner for key accounts
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks of churn

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success โ€” ideally in IT
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client business needs
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher for internal communication and documentation
  • Ukrainian as the primary language for client communication
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
