  About the Project
  We are building an AI-powered web platform that helps businesses create animated explainer videos faster and at scale.
  The product should guide users through the full video creation workflow: from the initial prompt and business context, to script generation, storyboard creation, video generation, and further editing based on user feedback.
  The first goal is to launch an MVP/demo version quickly by integrating existing AI tools and APIs. The longer-term vision may include building a proprietary AI video generation engine based on product usage, customer feedback, and accumulated data.
  This is an early-stage product, so we are looking for a hands-on engineer who can work directly with non-technical founders, make practical technical decisions, and help turn a business vision into a working product.
  Role Overview
  We are looking for a strong Senior Full-Stack AI Product Engineer who can take ownership of the technical side of the MVP.
  The ideal candidate should be able to build a web application, integrate AI tools for script/storyboard/video generation, design the core workflow, and advise the founders on what is technically realistic, what should be prioritized, and how to move fast without overengineering.
  This is not a narrow coding-only role. The person should be comfortable working in an early-stage environment, communicating clearly with business stakeholders, and helping define the best technical approach.
  
  Key Responsibilities
• Build an MVP of an AI-powered video generation platform.
• Create a user workflow where clients can submit prompts, provide business context, review scripts, approve storyboards, generate videos, and request changes.
• Integrate existing AI models/tools/APIs for text generation, image/storyboard generation, and video generation.
• Develop the web application structure, including landing page, subscription/payment flow, and user-facing app area.
• Build or integrate an AI chat-style interface for collecting user requirements and managing video creation flow.
• Help evaluate which AI tools are best suited for fast MVP delivery.
• Advise the founders on technical feasibility, risks, limitations, and realistic timelines.
• Iterate on the platform based on testing, feedback, and product metrics.
• Prepare the architecture in a way that allows future improvements or possible development of a proprietary AI video engine.

• Communicate directly with the founders and explain technical decisions in a clear, business-friendly way.

   

Required Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Proven experience building MVPs or early-stage products from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integrations.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and AI services.
• Strong backend and frontend development skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of product delivery.
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding of product development, UX flow, and fast iteration.
• Strong communication skills in English.
