🚀 About the Role

We are looking for an innovative AI Developer to build next-generation AI agents and workflows powered by the Claude API. In this role, you will bridge the gap between AI capabilities and operational efficiency, transforming manual business tasks into intelligent, automated workflows.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Build AI Agents: Design and deploy production-ready AI agents using the Claude API, leveraging advanced concepts like function calling and tool use.
• Architect Workflows: Create and maintain robust automation flows using low-code/no-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) alongside custom code.
• API Integration: Connect LLMs with internal and external infrastructure, including CRMs, databases, and third-party SaaS platforms via REST and Webhooks.
• Backend Development: Write clean, maintainable backend logic in either Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads to audit existing workflows, identify friction points, and engineer AI-driven solutions.

🛠️ Technical Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python OR JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven track record: Real-world experience building and deploying AI automation or agents (this is a must-have).
• Deep understanding of LLM APIs (Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI).
• Solid experience implementing Function Calling / Tools in LLM applications.
• Hands-on experience with API integration concepts (RESTful architecture, Webhooks, Authentication).
• High level of autonomy—ability to dive into new, complex API documentation and figure things out independently.

• Prior experience with enterprise automation using n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience integrating and customizing popular CRM systems.
• Strong business acumen and an understanding of operational workflows.

📝 Selection Process Note

⏳ Hiring Challenge: As part of our interview process, we include a practical test assignment designed to take about 4-5 hours.

The Challenge Concept: You will be asked to build a lightweight CLI application powered by Claude that acts as an orchestrator with dedicated sub-agents (e.g., parsing mock data, analyzing user interests, cross-referencing streaming platform availability). We are looking for speed, modular architectural thinking (like utilizing MCP or LangGraph/CrewAI patterns), and practical execution over absolute perfection. Candidates who can prototype this cleanly within a 2-3 hour window with AI assistance will stand out instantly.
