Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Path to Co-Founder

We need a software engineer who loves structured data at the core, ships fast — orchestrates AI coding agents to compress weeks into days, writes production code when the agents fall short, coordinates work with backend and frontend dev and sits with the founder daily on strategy. Hands-on first, strategic second — codes the feature, then defends the trade-off.

Our stack:

• PHP / Laravel / Filament (backend + admin)
• MySQL (data layer)
• React Native (consumer app — iOS + Android shipped)
• Python (data + ML pipeline)
• LLM pipelines: prompt optimization, structured outputs, eval harnesses

What you'll do:

• Own engineering decisions end-to-end across web, mobile, and pipeline
• Orchestrate AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) at production quality
• Primarily task help ship the data-processing module so we can launch US first
• Daily strategy calls with the founder

Required:

• Senior production track record in PHP / Laravel / MySQL
• Strong with databases — schema design, query optimization, determinism 
• Ships fast, holds the quality bar, owns trade-offs
• Async, written-first, EU-compatible time zone

Nice to have one of these:

• LLM pipelines (DSPy, structured outputs, eval design)
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) combined with RDF (Resource Description Framework) and OWL (Web Ontology Language)
• OCR 
• React Native production experience
• Regulated-domain background — pharma, medical, food

Compensation:

• $2,000/month from day one (~3 hrs/day)
• Open path to co-founder equity once we know it fits (late-stage, 20%)
