AI-Native Full-Stack Builder

Project Environment

• Building an AI-native delivery team focused on shipping working software within days instead of months
• Strong use of modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, v0, Lovable, Bolt
• Focus on rapid prototyping, fast iteration, and real user feedback
• Close collaboration with integration engineering for production hardening

Tasks

• End-to-end development of working software using AI-native tooling
• Rapid prototyping and delivery to internal users, operations teams, and pilot tenants
• Iterative workflow: build → demo → learn → rebuild
• Development of LLM-powered features (e.g. AI search, document processing, summarization, agent workflows)
• Pragmatic full-stack work (frontend, backend, basic data & deployment)
• Evaluation and adoption of emerging AI development tools
• Handover of validated prototypes to engineering teams for production scaling
• Continuous improvement based on user feedback and real-world usage

Approach & Working Style

• High-speed delivery with short feedback loops
• Clear distinction between prototype and production quality
• Focus on impact rather than perfection
• Willingness to discard non-performing solutions quickly
• Strong use of AI assistants in daily development workflow

Requirements

• 4+ years of development experience or strong portfolio of shipped products
• Mandatory: portfolio with at least 2–3 recently shipped AI-built prototypes (link required)
• Solid full-stack capabilities (e.g. React/Vue, Node/Python, basic databases, deployment)
• Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor or similar)
• Understanding of when to scale vs. discard solutions
• Comfort working in fast, experimental environments
• Experience with real estate / proptech is a plus
