We are looking for an experienced Go Developer to join our dedicated team working on a major digital transformation and integration program for IKEA. You will build high-performance, reliable integration services between IKEA’s local 1C:Enterprise systems and central European platforms, warehouses, e-commerce, and supply chain solutions.

This is a long-term, high-visibility project with one of the world’s most respected retail brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Golang microservices for 1C integration
• Build robust bidirectional data synchronization between 1C:Enterprise and IKEA’s central systems
• Implement real-time and batch integrations using REST APIs, OData, message queues, and file-based exchange
• Ensure high reliability, error recovery, monitoring, and logging of all integration flows
• Optimize performance for high transaction volumes (retail + supply chain)
• Work closely with IKEA’s internal IT teams and other integration partners
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical roadmap planning

Requirements:

• Strong Go (Golang) experience — 4+ years
• Proven experience with 1C:Enterprise integration (2+ years) — must have
• Deep knowledge of 1C integration technologies:
  • HTTP Services & REST
  • OData
  • XML/JSON data exchange
  • Web services & COM connectors
  • External Data Processors
• Experience with large-scale enterprise integrations (retail, ERP, or supply chain is a strong advantage)
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers (RabbitMQ or Kafka)
• Solid understanding of microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience working in multinational / European enterprise environments
• English B2+ (mandatory) 

Will be a big plus:

• Knowledge of 1C configurations used in retail (Trade Management, ERP, WMS)
• Experience with GDPR-compliant data handling
• 1C:EDT, Git, CI/CD practices
