What We Expect of You

• End-to-End Development: Develop and manage all aspects of the backend from planning and architecture to continuous improvement, development, and deployment.
• Risk & Change Management: Handle technical communication, change requests, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactive Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to reach a common understanding of solutions that address business and customer needs.
• Clear Communication: Effectively communicate progress, technical risks, dependencies, and blockers to the team, project managers, and stakeholders.
• True Ownership: Act as a co-owner of the project. Take initiative and responsibility—share your thoughts, concerns, feedback, and advice to continuously polish the solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay hungry and curious. Keep on top of trends in technology, design, and user experience, and share your knowledge to make an impact.
   

Your Past Experience & Technical Skills

• Experience: 4+ years of relevant backend development experience (though exceptional candidates with less experience are welcome to apply).
• Core Tech Stack: C#, ASP.NET Web API, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Entity Framework Core, T-SQL.
• Testing: Experience with BDD/TDD.
• Architecture & Cloud: Proven design and development experience with REST APIs, Microservices, or Serverless architecture. Strong hands-on experience with the Azure Cloud platform and Continuous Integration (CI).
• Databases: Proficiency in both relational and non-relational databases.
• Data Integration: Experience building ETL/data synchronization processes in .NET, particularly for integrating ERP, PIM, CRM, or other business systems.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Languages: Effective command of spoken and written English—you must be able to elicit project details, participate in workshops, and clearly articulate your design and architecture decisions.
