E-commerce Sales Associate

Most people hear the word “sales” and immediately think of cold calling or convincing people to buy something they don’t need.

This role is different.

We are seeking ambitious and high-potential university graduates to join a successful US-based e-commerce company as a Sales Associate. The company specializes in professional massage, spa, wellness, and medical equipment, serving massage therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists, estheticians, medical spas, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and government organizations throughout the United States and Canada.

At its core, this role is about the ability to understand people, identify what they need, and communicate solutions clearly and confidently. It is one of the most valuable professional skills you can develop, whether your future career is in business, management, entrepreneurship, consulting, marketing, or leadership.

No prior sales experience is required. You will receive comprehensive training on products, systems, customer communication, and the sales process.

This Is Not a Typical Sales Job

Unlike many entry-level sales positions, this role involves very little cold outreach.

Most customers already arrive through the company’s marketing channels with a genuine interest in purchasing products, making this a consultative sales environment rather than a traditional high-pressure sales role.

Your job is to:

  • understand what they need;
  • answer their questions;
  • guide them through the buying process;
  • help them choose the right solution;
  • and ensure they have an excellent customer experience.

Think of yourself as a trusted advisor rather than a traditional salesperson.

Why This Is a Great Opportunity for Graduates

This role is designed for intelligent, ambitious graduates who want to build strong business, communication, and customer-facing skills early in their careers.

You will learn how to:

  • communicate professionally with business owners and professionals across the United States and Canada;
  • ask thoughtful questions and uncover customer needs;
  • build trust and credibility;
  • handle objections confidently;
  • influence decisions ethically and professionally;
  • solve problems for customers;
  • manage customer relationships;
  • develop business communication skills that will benefit you throughout your career.

Who We Are Looking For

We are especially interested in graduates who have demonstrated ambition, discipline, competitiveness, or leadership through activities such as:

  • competitive sports;
  • student leadership;
  • entrepreneurship;
  • debating;
  • public speaking;
  • consulting clubs;
  • academic competitions;
  • theatre or performance activities;
  • sales competitions;
  • volunteer leadership roles.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • learn quickly;
  • enjoy talking to people;
  • communicate confidently;
  • stay calm under pressure;
  • enjoy problem solving;
  • are naturally persuasive;
  • are highly coachable;
