E-commerce Sales Associate
We are seeking a highly intelligent, ambitious, and competitive university graduate for an E-commerce Sales Associate position for a leading US e-commerce retailer of professional massage, spa, and medical equipment, serving massage therapists, medical spa professionals, estheticians, doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, small business owners, hospitals, schools, colleges, and municipal governments. No prior sales experience is required. You will receive all sales, systems, and product training needed to succeed in the role.

This is primarily an inbound sales role focused on helping warm, high-intent customers make
purchasing decisions. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position involves very little cold calling.
Most customers already arrive through the marketing channels actively seeking to purchase
products.
You will:
- speak with customers by phone and email,
- help customers choose appropriate products,
- prepare quotes,
- answer questions,
- overcome objections,
- and close sales efficiently and professionally.
You will also gain exposure to:
- ecommerce operations,
- customer psychology,
- logistics coordination,
- and business process management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Communication (70%)
- Managing inbound sales inquiries from customers in the US and Canada
- Conducting discovery conversations to understand customer needs
- Recommending appropriate products and solutions
- Drafting quotations and following up with customers
- Closing sales professionally and efficiently
- Building rapport and trust with customers
Operational & Customer Projects (15%)
- Assisting with customer service and operational coordination
- Helping resolve customer issues professionally and proactively
- Learning and applying internal business procedures
Miscellaneous Business Projects (15%)
- Assisting with marketing and administrative projects as needed
- Supporting improvements to internal processes and workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or graduating within 6 months)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and work-from-home setup
- Ability to work US business hours

Working Hours / Logistics
This role is fully remote / work from home.
You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection (minimum speed of 50MB/s down) and a business-quality computer (minimum 6 core, 16 gb of memory).
The business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm US CST. Your work schedule will require you to work the entirety of those hours, with the exception of a 1-hour lunch break.
This role is especially well-suited for candidates who prefer remote work, enjoy evening schedules, and value working independently.
What We Offer:
- Compensation total: $700-$1,100 per month (base salary + commission). Compensation may increase over time based on performance and business impact.
