Corporate / Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Counsel / Lawyer who wants to grow in international corporate law and FinTech. This role combines legal support, corporate administration, onboarding processes, and communication with payment providers and partners.

This role would be a great fit for someone who already has exposure to company incorporation processes or supporting bank/payment account opening in international jurisdictions and wants to grow further in FinTech and corporate legal operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding processes for international and European companies into payment systems (PSP / EMI / banks)
• Prepare and maintain KYC / AML questionnaires and supporting documentation
• Communicate with compliance teams, registrars, accountants, and external partners
• Track onboarding statuses, deadlines, and documentation requests
• Draft and review standard legal documents (NDA, service agreements, authorization documents)
• Maintain corporate documentation (powers of attorney, banking forms, corporate records, apostilles)
• Assist in document automation and internal process improvements (including AI tools)
• Participate in building internal templates and legal workflows

🔹 Requirements

• Higher legal education (Law / International Law / Corporate Law)
• Practical experience in corporate law
• Experience with company incorporation and/or opening bank or payment accounts for businesses internationally
• Understanding of corporate structures and basic KYC / AML principles
• Experience working with corporate documentation and external counterparties
• English level B1+ / B2 (ability to work with legal documents and professional correspondence)

• Experience working with international jurisdictions (EU / UK / Cyprus / Estonia / Poland or others)
• Experience communicating with banks, PSPs, EMIs, or registrars
• Understanding of international corporate structuring
• Interest in FinTech and payment infrastructure
