Product /Project Manager (iGaming Startup)

For our partner, we are looking for Product manager with project management experience to boost a new brand🎯

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Product / Project Manager who will work closely with founders and be involved in the full product lifecycle — from integrations and features to operations and optimization.

This role combines elements of product management, project coordination, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• New brand Product roadmap ownership 
• Take ownership of product-related processes and deliverables
• Work with game providers and support integrations
• Oversee back-office, frontend features, and promotional mechanics
• Manage and coordinate product development tasks across teams
• Collaborate with marketing, affiliate, and support teams
• Analyze product performance and suggest improvements

• Prioritize tasks in a fast-changing startup environment

   

Requirements

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming 
• Experience in Product or Project Management roles
• Understanding of online casino operations and mechanics
• Experience working with providers / integrations is a strong plus
• English at a business level

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with crypto products
• Analytical mindset (understanding of metrics like LTV, GGR, retention)
• Experience working in startups

Soft Skills

• Fast learner with a strong ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
