Chief Claude Engineer

We are looking for a highly capable and autonomous Lead Go Engineer to join our lean, high-impact team. This is a senior individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in small, elite teams and has a proven ability to deliver significant results with minimal headcount.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows.
• Lead the architecture and development of scalable backend systems using Go.
• Drive automation initiatives that dramatically increase engineering productivity and reduce team dependency.
• Own critical parts of the product from concept to production.

Requirements

• 1+ year of strong production experience building and running agentic AI / AI agent systems in real-world environments.
• Proven, hands-on expertise in Go (Golang) — you write clean, efficient, and production-ready code.
• Demonstrated success in shrinking large engineering teams to 1–2 developers + CTO through intelligent architecture, automation, and agentic systems. We need real production examples of this achievement.
