Claude Engineer

We're building an AI-powered food delivery platform using Claude and a custom skills framework. Our backend runs on Go. We need a Claude Skills Engineer to design, build, and optimize our skill architecture.

What you'll do:

• Create and maintain SKILL.md files 
• Build modular, reusable prompts and skill configurations
• Design skill triggers, tool integrations, and Claude API workflows in Go
• Optimize prompt performance—accuracy, latency, cost
• Develop skill testing frameworks and evaluate Claude model performance
• Document best practices for skill architecture and prompt patterns

What we're looking for:

• Deep experience with Claude API and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in YAML/JSON configuration and markdown documentation
• Strong understanding of prompt design patterns, tool use, and function calling
• Experience building and maintaining skill/tool ecosystems
• Ability to evaluate LLM outputs and iterate on prompt quality
• Go proficiency required for backend related work
• Passion for clean, well-documented code and infrastructure
