Technical Lead – Blockchain Gaming Prediction Platform

We are currently supporting a well-funded and established Web3 infrastructure company building a next-generation blockchain-powered gaming, betting, and prediction platform enhanced by AI-driven experiences. The platform combines blockchain infrastructure, digital asset ownership, decentralized gaming experiences, and automated smart contract settlement into one scalable ecosystem.

As the platform continues to grow, the team is looking for a Technical Lead who can help drive engineering execution across multiple teams, support technical planning, and ensure strong collaboration between product and engineering functions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership, delivery ownership, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to innovative products in the Web3 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings 9+ years of overall professional experience, including leadership or ownership in technical environments, along with some prior exposure to blockchain or Web3 products.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution across core platform initiatives related to blockchain gaming, prediction markets, and Web3 product features
• Partner with engineering teams across blockchain, backend, frontend, DevOps, and product functions
• Help define technical priorities and coordinate execution across multiple workstreams
• Support architecture discussions and technical planning with engineering teams
• Identify blockers, technical dependencies, and delivery risks early and help drive solutions
• Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to align technical priorities with delivery goals
• Support engineering best practices, team collaboration, and development quality
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance when needed
• Contribute to platform scalability, reliability, and long-term technical planning

Requirements

• 9+ years of overall professional experience across technical, engineering, or software-focused environments
• Previous experience leading projects, mentoring teams, or serving as a technical lead or senior engineering point of contact
• Strong understanding of software delivery and engineering collaboration across multiple teams
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with GitHub and technical workflow coordination
• Familiarity with modern software development environments and product delivery processes
• Some prior exposure to blockchain / Web3 ecosystems is preferred
• Experience working in collaborative and fast-moving product environments
• Strong communication, organization, and ownership mindset
