Sales Manager โ IT and New Business (US Market)

We are a growing IT company looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead client acquisition in the US market. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role with room to build a team over time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT market
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for target segments
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (C-level, VP, Directors)
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to shape winning proposals
- Track KPIs, report on pipeline health, and forecast accurately
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market needs
Requirements - 4+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, software, or tech outsourcing
- Proven track record of closing deals with US-based clients
- Strong understanding of software development, IT services, or SaaS products
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1+)
- Comfortable working in US time zones (partially)
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
- Ukrainian national, currently based in Europe
