• Fully remote
• Full-time

• Direct collaboration with founders and C-level team

   

💰 Compensation

• $6,000–7,000/month
• Performance bonus

💡 About the Role

This is not a classic backlog-management Product Owner role.

You will own product validation from idea → customer discovery → MVP → first revenue signals.

Your main goal is to validate real market demand and help launch AI products with commercial potential.

You will work closely with:

• Senior Developers
• Growth team
• CEO
• CTO

• CMO

   

🛠 What You’ll Do

Product Validation

• Define ICP, workflows, pricing hypotheses
• Identify customer pain points and buying triggers

• Decide which ideas are worth validating

   

Customer Discovery

• Conduct customer interviews and discovery calls
• Validate urgency, budget, and willingness to pay

• Gather commercial feedback from real users

   

MVP & GTM

• Define MVP scope together with engineering
• Collaborate with Growth on:
  • positioning
  • landing pages
  • outreach

  • product messaging

     

Validation & Experiments

• Run fast validation sprints
• Test hypotheses and iterate quickly

• Analyze commercial signals and market feedback

   

Decision Making

• Make product decisions based on data and validation
• Prioritize execution and speed

• Operate effectively in uncertainty

   

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager experience
• Experience building products from zero to first users or revenue

• Hands-on customer discovery experience

   

• Understanding of:
  • MRR
  • CAC
  • pricing
  • funnels

  • product-market validation

     

• Ability to work in fast-moving environments
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, automation, or AI products

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

   

➕ Nice to Have

• B2B SaaS / AI / automation experience
• Startup or founder experience
• Experience launching MVPs or pilots

• Product growth mindset
