Project description:
Currently, we are building multiple different platforms for dispatch, billing and cashiering that seamlessly connect multiple transportation fleets with clients, and these platforms frequently communicate with each other. We offer both an intuitive, intelligent technology and a strong partnership for transportation providers, delivering savings, simplicity and accounting transparency.
The current position is for one of the projects, which is a multi-component transportation platform designed to optimize mobility experiences for both riders and drivers, while enabling centralized control for operational teams. It consists of three key components:
● Rider App (iOS & Android)
● Driver App (iOS & Android)
● Dashboard (Web-based system for support & operations)
The platform includes multiple different services, third-party integrations, mobile and web applications. It is in active production with ongoing development and enhancements. All three components are continuously monitored, updated, and improved based on operational feedback and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables within scope, time, and budget
- Coordinate teamwork and foster collaboration and synergy.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, work with the team to break down and decompose ideas into actionable items and goals.
- Manage project scope and trade-offs.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product/Project roles (PM, TPM, Product Analyst, Delivery Manager) on large‑scale software (SaaS/platform).
- Technical background (CS/SE degree or equivalent experience) with hands‑on comfort reading APIs, data models, and logs, SQL skills
- PRDs, roadmaps, and ticketing: you’ve owned them end-to-end on a complex product.
- Advanced Prototyping skills: for showing realistic, testable flows.
- MVP mindset: prioritize, slice, and ship increments that deliver value quickly.
- C1+ English: own external communications, stakeholder updates, and release notes.
- People skills: facilitate calmly, listen well, and unblock teams.
- Ability to maintain high professional standards under high pressure or stressful situations
Nice to have:
- Transportation/mobility domain experience
Understand compliance (SOC 2/HIPAA/Medicaid) impacts on projects and data.
