Junior Manual QA Engineer

Responsibilities

— Deeply understand the software product being tested.

— Develop and maintain a large base of test cases and product documentation using strong test design principles & AI best practices.

— Perform functional and non-functional testing of new features and changes.

— Conduct sprint-to-sprint regression testing across all platform areas.

— Participate in release sign-off.

— Proactively report progress and status to your direct manager.

— Collaborate proactively with the development and QA teams.

— Review production support requests and investigate bug incidents.

— Be deeply involved in team processes and develop a strong understanding of them.

Qualifications and Skills

— 1+ year of professional experience in software testing of complex web applications in e-commerce, e-marketing, or banking domains.

— Strong independent skills in SQL, MongoDB, and API testing.

— Hands-on experience using different AI tools in daily work.

— Excellent knowledge and application of test design techniques.

— Excellent skills in writing high-quality test cases and analyzing test coverage.

— Strong knowledge of software testing methods and approaches.

— High proactivity and ability to learn independently.

— Experience developing and maintaining product documentation.

— Excellent Jira skills.

— Great spoken and written English.

It will be a big plus if you have

— Experience using version control systems such as Git.

— Hands-on experience with AWS services, Jenkins, Github Actions, Kafka, Redis

— Hands-on experience with JavaScript test automation frameworks (Cypress, Mocha, or others).
