We aren't looking for simple ticket-movers; we need a heavyweight Senior Developer who is equally fluent in C# and Python, and knows how to tame complex system architectures.
 

The Setup: This is a long-term Outstaffing contract (12+ months roadmap). The project is massive, meaning we heavily value engineering stability, consistency, and a commitment to playing the long game.
