About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DataOps Engineer with a hybrid background in Data Engineering and DevOps. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong hands-on technical expertise with a proactive mindset and ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models in Snowflake
• Ensure reliability, quality, and performance of data workflows across environments
• Monitor pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously optimize performance
• Deploy and operate data pipelines, including CI/CD processes and release management
• Collaborate closely with Data Analysts, BI Developers, and business stakeholders
• Own stability and performance of production data workflows
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, logging, and alerting processes
• Support environment management and ensure smooth pipeline operations in production
• Work with cloud infrastructure and modern development workflows

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Data Engineering / DataOps
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Proven experience building data warehouses and scalable data pipelines
• Strong practical experience with AWS
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Good knowledge of Git and modern development workflows
• Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, and cloud infrastructure tools
• Ability to work independently while being an active team contributor
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Background in production-grade DataOps environments
