The Role

You will work directly with the founder to design and implement AI-powered systems across operations, client experience, internal infrastructure, and automation. Your job is to identify friction, rethink processes from first principles, and build solutions that remove complexity at scale.

Some of what you create will improve workflows.

Some of it will replace them entirely.

This role requires someone highly autonomous, commercially aware, technically capable, and obsessed with execution.

You will not be micromanaged. You will also not be carried.

What You Will Be Working On

• AI-powered tools and internal systems using LLM APIs
• Automation workflows across operations, communication, and delivery
• Intelligent onboarding and self-service experiences
• Internal platforms, dashboards, and process infrastructure
• AI-assisted decision frameworks and operational tooling
• Experimental systems designed to rethink how high-value services are delivered

You’ll be expected to move between strategy and execution seamlessly.

One day may involve mapping a broken operational process. The next may involve shipping the solution yourself.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience building and shipping AI-powered products or automations in real environments
• Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, prompt design, and AI workflows
• Comfortable across no-code, low-code, and code-based environments
• Ability to think operationally, not just technically
• Strong problem-solving ability and high personal ownership
• Clear written and spoken English
• Someone who moves fast without creating chaos

We care far more about evidence of building than credentials.

This Role is Probably not For You If

• You need highly structured instructions before starting
• You confuse motion with execution
• You’ve only experimented with AI casually
• You want a narrow role with clearly defined boundaries
• You’re looking for a large company environment with layers of management
