π― What youβll do
- Craft and continuously refine outbound sequences to improve performance across LinkedIn and email outreach
- Expand the playbook to new personas and ICPs, adapting messaging to each segment to scale lead flow
- Build programmatic systems using AI, no-code tools, and integrations to automate repetitive workflows
- Manage lead generators to ensure campaigns always have a steady supply of qualified prospects
- Continuously experiment with new tools, tactics, and messaging frameworks
- Report on campaign performance and ensure accurate analytics in HubSpot.
- Stay ahead of the market β AI trends, deliverability changes, new outbound tactics
π§© Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or revenue ops β in a Product or SaaS company
- English proficiency (B2+) β clear written communication, comfortable on async calls
- Hands-on experience with Reply.io, HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, n8n (or similar workflow automation tools)
- Solid understanding of scalable outbound strategies, signal-based targeting, and email deliverability best practices
- Strong copywriting and sequencing skills β you write sequences that get replies, not templates that get ignored
- AI-first mindset β you already use AI agents and LLMs in daily workflows, not just curious about them
- Accountable and result-oriented β you take ownership and ship without constant oversight
- Experience in cold calling (will be a plus)
