Senior Full-Stack PHP / React Developer (AI-assisted Development)

We are an Israel-based software company looking for a strong developer to join an existing enterprise CRM project in the construction safety industry.
 

The platform is already live and actively used.
We need someone who can quickly understand a large existing codebase, develop new features using AI tools, and stay with the project long-term for support and improvements.

What you’ll do:
• Develop and integrate new features into an existing CRM system
• Work with backend architecture and PostgreSQL
• Improve frontend functionality in React
• Implement business logic, reports, notifications, and integrations
• Work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to speed up development
• Support and improve the platform long-term
 

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong PHP + PostgreSQL experience
• Has solid React experience
• Can work with large existing systems and legacy code
• Understands architecture and integrations
• Can work independently and take ownership
• Uses AI-assisted workflows in development
