Our client is building an innovative AI-powered platform that transforms how the world’s largest companies manage their real estate assets. The solution leverages the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to automate complex workflows, analyze massive datasets, and provide instant, intelligent answers to business-critical questions.

Their clients are large global enterprises managing thousands of real estate properties worldwide. Traditionally, real estate departments rely on manual processes and third-party services that can take weeks or months to deliver results. With this platform, these processes are automated and accelerated — what used to take months now takes minutes.

Key Requirements:
🔹 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer;
🔹 Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular 18+ preferred or strong React + TypeScript);
🔹 Backend experience with Node.js (NestJS is a plus) or similar frameworks (.NET with willingness to transition to Node/NestJS);
🔹 Strong proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript;
🔹 Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM features (OpenAI API, ChatGPT-based features, etc.);
🔹 Experience using AI tools for development (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.);
🔹 Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases;
🔹 Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines;
🔹 Ability to independently deliver complex end-to-end features;
🔹 Up-to-date knowledge of modern frameworks and willingness to learn quickly;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:
🔹 Develop and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend components;
🔹 Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered functionality into the platform;
🔹 Design scalable and efficient backend services and APIs;
🔹 Work with databases, including schema design and query optimization;
🔹 Collaborate with product and engineering team to deliver end-to-end solutions;
🔹 Participate in architectural decisions and system design;
🔹 Contribute to infrastructure and CI/CD improvements;
🔹 Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing;
