About the product
Product company building a live, high-load, real-time poker platform with real users. The product is fast-moving — we ship frequently and need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Work format: Kanban, clear specs, Figma designs, stable automated CI/CD.
Responsibilities
- Test backend-heavy functionality
- Validate REST APIs
- Test client–server interactions, sync, reconnects, error handling
- Perform smoke, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Verify data consistency in databases
- Analyze logs and prepare clear bug reports
- Collaborate closely with developers and product team
- Take ownership of QA processes and drive improvements
Must-have skills
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Mobile and desktop testing experience (priority)
- Strong understanding of client–server architecture
- Experience testing REST APIs
- Understanding of real-time systems
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Solid QA fundamentals (test design, bug lifecycle)
- Ability to take ownership and lead processes
Nice to have
- Knowledge of poker rules and gameplay — a real plus
