Senior Fullstack Developer (Technical Consultant)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (Technical Consultant) to join our team and help design, build, and scale modern web products across fintech, AI, telecommunications, healthcare, automation, and other fast-growing domains.

This role is ideal for an engineer who is equally confident working across frontend and backend development, participates in hands-on implementation, and contributes to architecture, technical planning, and consulting-driven engineering decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend solutions for modern web applications 
• Build and improve user-facing features, APIs, integrations, and business logic 
• Participate in architecture design, technical planning, and engineering decision-making 
• Develop responsive, maintainable, and scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks and reusable component architecture 
• Build reliable backend services, APIs, and integrations using scalable backend technologies and integration patterns 
• Work with databases, external services, and third-party platforms 
• Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams 
• Improve system performance, maintainability, scalability, security, and user experience 
• Participate in and lead code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices initiatives  
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues in products and production environments 
• Transform product requirements into practical technical solutions and architectural decisions 
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy and platform evolution 

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Fullstack Developer with hands-on work across both frontend and backend systems 
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and/or TypeScript 
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar technologies 
• Understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and scalable UI patterns 
• Experience developing backend services and APIs using Node.js/TypeScript, Java, .NET, or similar backend technologies 
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, authentication, and client-server architecture 
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases 
• Understanding of software architecture principles, component-based design, and maintainable application structure 
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure 
• Experience with Docker, testing, debugging, Git, and CI/CD pipelines 
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and clearly communicate trade-offs and architectural choices 
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and production quality 
• English level: B2 or higher 

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and modern deployment workflows 
• Experience with GraphQL, messaging systems, or event-driven architecture 
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization and modern rendering approaches 
• Understanding of performance optimization, observability, and production support practices 
• Experience with design systems, frontend architecture, or scalable UI platforms 
• Familiarity with AI products, data-intensive systems, or third-party platform integrations 
• Experience participating in technical consulting, solution design, or tech leadership initiatives
