Sales Representative (Fintech / Payments)

We’re building an AI-driven payments product that helps merchants recover lost revenue, improve approval rates, and optimize their payment flows.

Right now, we’re growing our sales direction and looking for a Sales Representative who’s not afraid of cold outreach and direct communication and is ready to take ownership of building pipeline and closing opportunities.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Run cold outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email) to attract new merchants
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers (founders, heads of payments, ops)
  • Clearly explain product value in business terms
  • Build and manage your own outbound pipeline
  • Qualify leads and bring them to meetings with the team
  • Work closely with founders on shaping the sales process

     

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience in B2B sales / SDR / lead generation
  • Is confident in cold calling and outreach
  • Knows how to structure outreach and follow-ups
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Can work independently and take ownership

     

Strong Plus

  • Experience in fintech / payments
  • Experience selling to online businesses or high-risk merchants
