The Opportunity

  • We are looking for Non-Exclusive Independent Representatives to expand Upstaff’s reach and generate new client engagements in key markets.
  • This role is ideal for professionals who already have a strong network in the IT industry and want to create an additional revenue stream with minimal conflict. You can combine this opportunity with your current role, your own company, or other business activities.

Key Responsibilities (Core)

  • Leverage and activate your existing network of IT companies and decision-makers.
  • Actively represent Upstaff and introduce our team augmentation and staffing services.
  • Run targeted LinkedIn outreach and professional networking activities.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales process (introductions, calls, relationship building, and deal progression).
  • Provide market feedback and insights from your region.
     

Optional activities (at your discretion):

  • Cold outreach, content contribution, or event participation.
     

Compensation

  • Monthly retainer + contract %. Full compensation structure and terms will be shared during the discussion.
  • Competitive monthly retainer for representation and core activities.
  • Attractive performance-based commission on all closed and delivered projects.
  • Long-term commission tail on active client engagements.

  • Established professional network among IT companies, software houses, startups, or tech-enabled businesses.
  • Strong understanding of the software engineering and talent needs in the market.
  • Ability to introduce and promote staffing/team augmentation solutions.
