About the Role
You will be the operational engine behind our account managers and clients. This is not a passive coordinator role. You will own quoting, follow-ups, partner coordination, and the daily back-and-forth that keeps international shipments on track and clients informed.
You will work directly with our US team, our international agents, and our clients across multiple time zones. The role demands accuracy, speed, and clean written English.
What You Will Do
Build and send international freight quotes for IOR, EOR, and door-to-door services using our branded templates and pricing logic.
Coordinate with origin and destination agents to confirm rates, capacity, and timing.
Manage active shipments through milestones, exception handling, and proactive client updates.
Follow up on open quotes, pending approvals, and partner responses without dropping the ball.
Maintain organized records of quotes, shipments, and partner communications in our systems (Linbis, Front, SharePoint, and others).
Support account managers with client-facing communications, status updates, and documentation.
Help identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
What We Are Looking For
Strong written and spoken English. This role lives in email and client communication.
2 plus years of experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, supply chain operations, or a related field.
Solid understanding of air cargo, customs basics, and international shipping documentation.
Sharp attention to detail. We handle shipments where small mistakes cost real money.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and quotes in parallel without losing track.
Comfort working with tools like Outlook, SharePoint, shared inboxes, and TMS or forwarding systems.
A proactive operator mindset. You follow up, you close loops, you take ownership.
Available to work hours that overlap with US Eastern Time.
Nice to Have
Experience with IOR and EOR services or global trade compliance.
Spanish or Portuguese in addition to English.
Familiarity with Linbis, CargoWise, or similar forwarding platforms.
Experience supporting Fortune 500 or enterprise accounts.
