Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are looking for a sociable, organized, and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) on a full-time basis. As an SDR, you will work closely with our sales team and create valuable opportunities for our clients
Requirements:
โ 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies
โ Experience in B2B services sales
โ Upper-Intermediate English level (spoken and written)
โ Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
โ Experience with cold outreach and lead generation
โ Strong understanding of sales strategies
โ Experience in negotiations and objection handling
โ Experience collaborating with the Marketing team
Responsibilities:
โ Working with inbound and outbound leads from various channels
โ Timely maintenance of the CRM system and updating the lead database
โ Communicating with potential clients
โ Handling objections, answering initial questions, and supporting clients during first interactions
โ Identifying the needs of potential clients and offering relevant company services
โ Organizing calls between (potential) clients and sales managers
โ Proactively developing new approaches to interact with potential clients and exploring new channels
โ Providing regular reporting on performance and results
It will be a plus:
โ Experience in conducting intro calls with clients
