Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js / Next.js)

Our client is a B2B technology company focused on providing advanced AI and GEO solutions to help businesses maximize their visibility on platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Our core product is a visibility tracker and analytics dashboard, built with Next.js and Node.js, which leverages extensive data scraping and engineering to ensure our clients’ brands are indexed and ranked effectively in AI-driven search results. We operate multiple projects, all centered around data engineering, backend services, and customer-facing dashboards. Our technology stack includes Next.js (frontend and backend), Node.js, PostgreSQL, and various AWS/VPS cloud services. We emphasize robust, high-performance UI features and backend data processing.

About the Role We are looking for three Senior Full Stack Developers to join our fast-growing engineering team. You will be responsible for end-to-end development of features, from ideation to production, including coding, responsive design, QA, and deployment. You will work closely with our tech leads and founders, contributing directly to our core products and new initiatives. Team & Workflow

Current engineering team:
5 developers (all full stack, no dedicated QA/DevOps);
You will join a collaborative, flat-structured team where everyone is hands-on no rigid sprints;
We use a Kanban-style workflow for task management;
Fast-paced, startup-like environment with direct communication and quick decision-making

Key Requirements:
🔹 8+ years of professional software development experience;
🔹 2-3 years of commercial experience with daily usage of AI tools;
🔹 At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Next.js;
🔹 At least 5 years of experience with Node.js;
🔹 Strong experience with PostgreSQL and general backend development;
🔹 Experience with data scraping and data engineering is highly desirable;
🔹 Ability to work independently and take initiative without detailed specifications or designs;
🔹 Fluent English (spoken and written);
🔹 Flexible, proactive, and able to “think out of the box”;
🔹 Team player, open to feedback, and eager to learn and share knowledge;
🔹 Familiarity with Kanban workflows (no strict sprints);
🔹 Comfortable with daily communication and collaboration tools (Slack, WhatsApp);
🔹 Willingness to use own laptop (MacBook can be provided if needed);
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:
🔹 Experience with Python;
🔹 Familiarity with AWS or VPS hosting environments;
🔹 Experience working in small, agile teams;

What you will do:
🔹 Develop and maintain full stack applications using Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend);
🔹 Implement robust, high-performance UI features with server-side rendering (SSR);
🔹 Build and optimize backend services, focusing on data engineering and web scraping;
🔹 Work independently on assigned features, taking ownership from design to deployment;
🔹 Collaborate with the team via Slack and WhatsApp; participate in daily standups and regular;
🔹 Product meetings;
🔹 Review and approve pull requests; ensure high code quality and best practices;
🔹 Communicate effectively in English and contribute to a flexible, fast-paced environment;
🔹 Handle all aspects of the software lifecycle, including QA and responsive design;
