We are looking for a Team Lead Data Analytics!

Requirements:

• Strong experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) ability to design clear, insightful, and visually appealing dashboards;
• Excellent knowledge of SQL writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with large datasets;
• Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling principles;
• Curiosity and proactive attitude you love digging into data, finding patterns, and suggesting improvements.

Will be plus:

• Knowledge of Python;

• Expertise in A/B testing.

   

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a team of analysts: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and providing regular feedback;
• Organize efficient team workflows: planning, task prioritization, and execution tracking;
• Establish communication with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, task definition, and results presentation;
• Participate in building end-to-end analytics processes and implementing data best practices.
