Rust Developer(Outstaff)

Currently, we are strengthening a Core Engineering team for one of our strategic enterprise partners. We are looking for a visionary Lead Rust Developer to drive technical excellence and architectural transformation.
 

Note: This is an Outstaffing role. You will be integrated into a long-term initiative  focused on high-performance open-source tooling, large-scale data validation, and complex system migrations.
 

The Role: You will bridge the gap between high-level business logic and low-level technical execution. Your primary focus will be on designing a robust, modular engine capable of processing industry-specific models at scale, ensuring compliance with international standards, and eliminating technical debt within the core architecture.
 

Our Expectations:

• Engineering Tenure: At least 7 years in professional software development with a history of delivering complex, production-grade systems.
• Rust Expertise: 3 years of commercial Rust experience. You should possess a deep understanding of memory safety, lifetimes, traits, and high-performance concurrency.
• Technical Leadership: Proven background as a Lead or Staff Engineer, including experience in mentoring teams and owning the technical roadmap.
• Data & Performance: Ability to design maintainable architectures for high-throughput data processing and efficient memory management.
• Engineering Rigor: Strong commitment to clean code, systematic testing, thorough documentation, and rigorous code reviews.
   

The Toolkit (Tech Stack):

• Core: Rust, Modular/Plugin-based architecture.
• Systems: High-performance data processing, API-driven component communication.
• Ops/QA: Performance profiling & benchmarking, Automated testing, CI/CD, and Observability.
   

Soft Skills:

• Execution Driver: Proactive mindset with the ability to identify stakeholders and push complex tasks to completion.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to sync effectively with both technical teams and business leads.
• Strategic Curiosity: A willingness to challenge existing workflows and propose innovative architectural shifts.
   

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Graph-based data or Triplestores.
• Background in building cross-platform applications or modular plugins.
• Familiarity with semantic web technologies or regulated infrastructure domains.
