What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test and deploy complex product modules on time
• End-to-end ownership of the assigned modules with a strong focus on the solution, code quality, performance, security and efficiency
• Actively contribute toward design discussions
• Demonstrate engineering excellence through commitment to quality execution, continuous improvement and customer empathy
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices such as style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability and efficiency
• Provide solid technical leadership and work closely with team leads, product management and QA teams for flawless delivery of the product
• Actively contribute towards the CICD process
• Drive team in adopting relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes
• Mentor and train junior team members on design techniques and coding standards
• Propose innovative solutions to address business problems
• Maintain high-quality standards on all deliverables
• Proactively identify and work on automation opportunities
• Conduct training and resource onboarding sessions

Experience You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s/ Master's Degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns, as well as the underlying logic and relationships within software systems.
• Proven hands-on experience in software development and solution design, preferably within product-based organizations, with 5 to 8 years of enterprise-level development experience.
• Experience with modern front-end technologies, such as JavaScript/ Typescript, Angular 21, HTML5, SCSS, and NGRX
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, SOLID principles and software design patterns
• A broad experience of architecture, infrastructure, software, and computing systems with a proven track record of designing and developing solutions for end users on cross platform systems.  
• Passion for modern technology and a proven track record of successfully making a positive impact as tech visionary.
• Understanding/or strong interest in Agile methods such as Scrum/XP, Behavior Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery  
• Eagerness to constantly learn and update your skills, and you like to share knowledge with others.   
• Self-starter attitude with a high degree of initiative and a positive mindset
