Looking for a Senior level Full-stack and Front-end developers experienced in the healthcare domain locally in the US.
Requirements:
- 5+ years shipping the software in production
- Real experience with React Native or Expo - you've shipped to TestFlight/Play Store
- NestJS or another opinionated Node framework
- Comfort with Stripe (subscriptions, webhooks, idempotency) or a similar payments stack
Worked with Postgres + an ORM (TypeORM, Prisma, Drizzle) and know when to drop to raw SQL
What will you do:
- Mobile and web apps (Expo, React): onboarding, timeline, reports, notifications
- Backend (NestJS 11, Node 20, TypeORM + Postgres, Redis, Webhooks, GCS)
- Internal tools (Python, Docker)
- Infra (Terraform, GCP Cloud Run, Artifact Registry, WIF, GitHub Actions)
