Senior FullStack Developer — React + Python

Location: Germany only
 

Project:
Enterprise AI / GenAI program focused on building AI agents to streamline internal business processes and improve productivity for SAP employees.

Main responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI / GenAI solutions from PoC to production
• Build scalable and secure AI systems with data pipelines and model deployment workflows
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines for QBR-related content: accounts, engagements, architecture, and related assets
• Implement safeguards against prompt injection and data leakage
• Build React-based chat frontend with streaming responses, tool visualization, and PowerPoint download functionality
• Integrate multi-agent AI / LLM-based products
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, backend engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders
• Ensure reliability, observability, compliance, and maintainability of production solutions

Required skills:
• Strong React development experience
• Experience building chat-based UIs with streaming responses, tool calling, and PowerPoint preview/download functionality
• Strong understanding of conversational UX, slot filling, streaming responses, and multi-turn conversation state management
• Strong production-ready Python backend development experience
• Experience with MCP client integration in Python, including external MCP servers, tool/resource consumption, and authentication handling
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI
• LLM engineering experience:
— prompt injection detection and mitigation
— RAG: embeddings, vector stores, chunking, re-ranking
• REST / API integration experience, ideally with OData or enterprise platforms
• Experience with python-pptx or similar libraries for generating presentations, charts, and tables

Nice to have:
• Experience building custom MCP tools, resources, and prompts in Python
• Experience with SAP UI stack
• Understanding of analytical data products and data models
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture data and integrations
• Experience with deployment workflows and LLM proxy integrations
• Familiarity with Cloud Foundry, XSUAA, Destinations, and SAP BTP services
