Looking for a Senior level Full-stack and Front-end developers experienced in the healthcare domain locally in the US

Project Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior-level engineers to join a healthcare-focused project. This is an initial short-term engagement with the possibility of long-term extension if the collaboration proves successful.

The project is in the healthcare domain, so prior experience building applications for healthcare providers, insurance companies, EHR/EMR platforms, telemedicine, or other HIPAA-regulated environments is highly preferred.

We are open to considering Ukrainian candidates, provided they are currently located in the United States.

Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python/Node.js + React)

Tech Stack

Backend

• Python (preferred) with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• OR Node.js with frameworks like NestJS or Express.js

Frontend

• React
• TypeScript
• Modern state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query)

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Amazon Web Services (preferred), Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Healthcare Integrations (Nice to Have)

• HL7/FHIR
• HIPAA compliance
• EHR/EMR integrations (e.g., Epic Systems, Cerner)
  
  Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with either:
  • Python + React, or
  • Node.js + React.
• Deep understanding of API design and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud services and containerization.
• Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, or regulated industries.
• Strong English communication skills.
  
  2. Senior Front-End Developer (React or Angular)

• 5+ years of front-end development experience.

• Experience with state management and component architecture.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
• Prior healthcare domain experience is strongly preferred.
