Reply.io is a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses automate and scale their sales outreach.

We're looking for a Webinar GTM Operator to build, run, and scale our webinar channel from the ground up. This is not a marketing role. This is a full-funnel GTM position β€” you own everything from topic selection to live delivery to post-webinar outbound sequences.

🎯 What you'll do:

  • Own the full webinar workflow: ideation β†’ content production β†’ execution β†’ distribution β†’ post-webinar outbound
  • Maintain a webinar content calendar aligned with product releases and market trends
  • Research and validate topics using data (YouTube views, past registrations, competitor analysis, viral LinkedIn posts)
  • Prepare and deliver expert-level webinars β€” solo and with external partners β€” that drive registrations, engagement, and pipeline
  • Build and manage relationships with co-hosts and external partners for audience exchange
  • Own webinar distribution across all channels: email, paid ads, LinkedIn, website popups, in-app, partner lists
  • Set up and track registration pages, HubSpot forms, and attribution by source
  • Run post-webinar outbound sequences via Reply β€” clean lists, launch sequences, track reply rates
  • Conduct after action reviews after every webinar: metrics, distribution performance, content quality
  • Proactively find opportunities to speak at external events, podcasts, and partner webinars to grow the Reply brand

 

🧩 Requirements:
Must-have:

  • Real, hands-on outbound experience (3+ years) β€” you've built sequences, booked meetings, used the tools
  • Strong, confident English β€” you can present, handle live Q&A, and sound credible to a B2B sales audience
  • Natural on camera β€” charisma is baseline here, not something we'll develop
  • Deep knowledge of B2B outbound: cold email, LinkedIn prospecting, email deliverability, AI in sales
  • Ability to go deep on any outbound topic in 1–2 weeks and present it credibly
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills β€” you coordinate designers, partners, marketing, and sales independently
  • Self-starter with a founder mentality β€” you see a gap and fix it without being asked

 

Will be a plus:

  • Active LinkedIn, Telegram, blog, or YouTube presence about outbound/sales (even small following)
  • Experience running or speaking at webinars, workshops, or online events
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Active Campaign, Zoom, and paid ad platforms
  • Experience with partner co-marketing or audience exchange programs
  • Interest in building toward conferences, summits, and offline events
