Senior .NET Developer (AI-MCP Specialist)

We are looking for a visionary Senior .NET Developer to take full ownership of the backend for our Cloud Analytics Platform. This role is perfect for a technical leader who is passionate about AI integration and wants to be a pioneer in using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You will not only architect scalable solutions but also mentor other developers, ensuring technical excellence and driving the project’s success from day one.

The Project

You will be leading the development of a cutting-edge Cloud Analytics Platform that directly impacts the quality of medical training worldwide. The platform helps healthcare centers achieve prestigious SSH accreditation by leveraging AI-powered insights and secure data analytics. This is a mission-driven project where you will work with a leading-edge AI stack (Claude API, LLM agents) and high-standard security protocols.

Tech requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with C# / .NET 8 backend development.
• Mandatory experience with AI service integration (Claude API, LLM integration, or building AI-powered agents).
• Strong knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and building MCP Tool Servers using the .NET SDK.
• Proven track record of mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and designing analytical data models (Star Schema).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, Dependency Injection, and Clean Architecture.
• Solid grasp of authentication (JWT + OAuth2) and strict multi-tenant isolation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and Docker.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2), Ukrainian — fluent.

Nice to have:

• Experience with reporting libraries like QuestPDF or ClosedXML.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (GDPR, HIPAA, or SSH accreditation).
• Experience with Azure (App Service, Container Apps, Managed PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Python microservices for data exchange.

What you will do:

• Act as the Backend Owner, taking full responsibility for the technical design, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor and guide the Middle .NET Developer through regular code reviews and consultations.
• Design and maintain services for the Cloud Analytics Platform following Clean Architecture.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases (fact and dimension tables) for high-performance queries.
• Build and maintain the Metric Catalog as a single source of truth for business metrics.
• Develop MCP Tool Servers to securely expose metrics to the AI Query Assistant.
• Implement daily batch ingestion pipelines (ETL) using .NET Worker Services and Quartz NET.
• Integrate Claude API (via Microsoft.Extensions AI) for natural-language querying.
• Ensure GDPR compliance (PII pseudonymization, AES-256 encryption, audit logging).
