Requirements

- 3+ years of commercial experience in test automation, with a strong emphasis on mobile applications.
- Extensive expertise in Android test automation using tools such as UiAutomator, Espresso, or Appium, with a proven track record of building and maintaining stable, scalable automation suites.
- Hands-on experience with mobile testing concepts, including the use of real devices versus emulators, mobile gestures, app lifecycle, and debugging mobile automation issues.
- Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, software development life cycle (SDLC), and various testing methodologies.
- Basic experience in web test automation, along with an understanding of cross-browser and responsive testing principles.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with real device testing platforms or device farms.
- Proficient in Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools, such as Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector or other regulated domains is a plus.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools to support QA and automation workflows.
- A proactive mindset, a sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving product environment.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated tests for Android mobile applications;
• Improve and extend existing automation frameworks using Java/Kotlin;
• Build and maintain reliable end-to-end test coverage for mobile and web products;
• Maintain and optimize automated tests on real devices and platforms like BrowserStack;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support their smooth execution;
• Investigate test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and enhance test stability and reliability;
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to improve testability and product quality;
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, automation practices, and testing standards.
