We are an international fintech group operating multiple products across different GEOs, focused on micro-lending and proprietary payment solutions. All engineering and product development are fully in-house, with a strong internal tech team and long-term investment in engineering expertise.
The company is currently scaling rapidly, expanding into new markets, and growing its AI/Engineering function. The project has been operating for around 8 years, while the core IT team has been working together for 5β6 years.
The environment is fast-paced and highly dynamic, with minimal bureaucracy, quick decision-making, and flexible processes. This role is a great fit for engineers with a startup mindset who are comfortable working in rapidly evolving environments and taking ownership.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI chat systems working with real customer data (CRM, history, statuses)
- Build RAG systems using the companyβs internal knowledge base
- Develop voice AI bots for inbound and outbound calls
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems (CRM, ERP, APIs)
- Implement dialogue logic based on business scripts and workflows
- Analyze calls: transcription, quality assessment, script compliance monitoring
- Automate call-center processes and improve operator efficiency
- Optimize latency and stability of AI solutions in real-time environments
- Work with large-scale datasets (calls, chats, customer history)
- Develop and improve internal AI services
Collaborate closely with Backend and DevOps teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, or similar)
- Hands-on experience building production AI solutions
- Experience designing and implementing RAG systems
- Strong Python skills (FastAPI, async, API integrations)
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with RabbitMQ
- Understanding of real-time systems
- Experience with ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech)
- Understanding of voice/chat AI pipeline architecture
- Experience with APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with high-load systems
Ability to work with business logic and real customer data
Nice to have
- Experience building voice bots (inbound / outbound)
- Experience in fintech / collections / call-center domains
- Experience with WebRTC / streaming
- Docker / Kubernetes
Experience with call analysis and operator quality monitoring
