Solutions Architect

At InfluenceProServices we build the services, tools, and infrastructure that external marketing and ad teams rely on to move faster, improve reliability, and unlock new capabilities. We solve complex technical and operational challenges every day.

We're hiring a Solutions Architect to own domain and ad-campaign platforms end-to-end: the services and products within it, their integrations, their roadmap, and the technical approaches that shape them.
You'll research problems deeply, generate technical solutions, and drive them through to delivery together with engineering. You're the person who turns ambiguous business and operational challenges into concrete, well-reasoned technical directions — and then makes sure they land.

Remote, EU. You'll work across an engineering org of ~40 people.

Responsibilities

• Own a subsystem end-to-end: its services, products, integrations, roadmap, and architecture
• Research business problems and operational gaps deeply enough to propose real solutions, not just framings
• Generate technical solution options and evaluate trade-offs — feasibility, scalability, complexity, business impact
• Partner with engineering to refine designs, pressure-test assumptions, and converge on the right approach
• Own the roadmap for your domain: scoping, sequencing, prioritization, and follow-through to delivery
• Design and oversee integrations between your subsystem and the rest of the platform
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps early, and unblock the team proactively
• Use data and operational signals to validate solution directions and measure outcomes
• Lead cross-functional decision-making and defend recommended approaches with clear reasoning
   

Experience and skills

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Product Management with strong architecture work, or as a senior/staff engineer who has since shifted toward design and ownership
• Proven domain-level ownership: have owned a subsystem or product area, not just individual projects
• Strong technical depth: system design, APIs, integrations, distributed systems — enough to generate and evaluate technical approaches independently and credibly with senior engineers
• Track record of taking ambiguous problems and turning them into concrete technical plans the team can execute
• Comfortable owning a roadmap and driving it through to delivery, not just designing and handing off
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong analytical thinking, data-driven decisions, effective under ambiguity
• Advanced English
