Our client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java/React) to join a fast-growing AI-driven fintech product company transforming the way businesses manage financial operations.

The team is building a modern procure-to-pay platform that gives companies full visibility and control over their spending processes — from invoices and payments to AP workflows and financial automation.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work on scalable backend services and intuitive web applications, helping deliver seamless user experiences powered by AI technologies. The product already processes billions in financial transactions annually and is trusted by thousands of companies worldwide.

The company is known for its strong engineering culture, rapid growth, low customer churn, and ability to integrate with dozens of ERP systems quickly and efficiently. Key Requirements:
🔹 Hands-on, proven experience using AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar on a daily basis, including code generation, testing, documentation and code review;
🔹 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer;
🔹 Strong development background with Java and React;
🔹 Proven ability to design and build scalable applications;
🔹 Experience in Agile environments and comfort with fast-paced iteration;
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality;
🔹 English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be plus:
🔹 Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure;
🔹 Knowledge of NoSQL databases;
🔹 Experience contributing to AI-driven products or features;

What you will do:
🔹 End-to-End Development: Build and enhance our platform using Java and React, delivering seamless, performant user experiences across web applications;
🔹 AI-Enhanced Feature Delivery: Work closely with AI and product teams to integrate smart automations, faster approval workflows, and contextual user assistance throughout the application- MUST;
🔹 Performance Optimization: Ensure responsiveness and scalability of the application, handling large data sets and user volumes efficiently;
🔹 Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers to transform business needs into elegant technical solutions;
🔹 Clean Code & Best Practices: Write robust, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering excellence;
🔹 Continuous Improvement: Keep up with new trends and technologies—especially in AI/ML—and look for opportunities to evolve our systems and architecture;
