Senior QA Automation Engineer (C# / .NET) - Healthcare

Project Overview
North American technology company delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions for healthcare and institutional operations management. The platform covers workflow automation, operational analytics, inventory coordination, order processing, and business reporting across large-scale distributed environments. The engineering team operates within a modern AI-enhanced delivery environment.

Requirements (Must-have):
- 10+ years of professional QA experience
- Strong expertise in test automation using C#
- Commercial experience testing backend applications on .NET
- Solid hands-on API testing and service validation experience
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC
- SQL-based data verification and database testing
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms — AWS preferred
- Availability overlapping with US Eastern Time until at least 3 PM EST

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test solutions using C# for backend and API testing
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation — test plans, scenarios, and validation strategies
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Validate REST APIs, business workflows, and data integrity across distributed systems
- Execute database validation and backend verification using SQL
- Enhance and support scalable automation frameworks within the .NET environment
- Support testing activities within CI/CD pipelines and cloud-hosted infrastructures
- Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate on resolution
- Work with AI-assisted engineering tools to improve testing efficiency
- Participate in Agile cycles and contribute to release quality assessments

Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, enterprise operations, or large-scale management platforms
- Exposure to AI-assisted development and testing workflows
- Modern DevOps practices and release automation
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
- AWS / Azure certification
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
