Who we are looking for 

 

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong domain expertise in FSM / CAFM solutions and a proven product management background.

 

The ideal candidate should be proactive, strategic, and capable of identifying product opportunities, operational gaps, and best practices independently — not only executing tasks, but shaping product direction.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for FSM / CAFM solutions
  • Identify product improvements, missing functionality, and optimization opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Translate customer and business needs into product requirements
  • Introduce industry best practices and modern product management processes
  • Prioritize features, backlog, and product initiatives
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Support product discovery and long-term platform vision

 

Required Experience

 

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong experience in:
    • FSM (Field Service Management)
    • CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management)
    • Facility Management / PropTech / Real Estate Tech platforms
  • Experience working with SaaS products
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work independently and challenge existing assumptions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English

The candidate should resemble senior product leaders with:

  • hands-on product ownership,
  • and ability to bring structure and best practices into growing products.  

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience with enterprise software
  • Experience with workflow automation or asset management systems
  • Technical understanding of integrations/APIs
  • Experience in scaling B2B software products
  • Background in digital transformation projects

 

Work Format

 

  • Remote-friendly position
  • Relocation to Vienna may also be considered
