Product Manager (FSM / CAFM)

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong domain expertise in FSM / CAFM solutions and a proven product management background.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, strategic, and capable of identifying product opportunities, operational gaps, and best practices independently — not only executing tasks, but shaping product direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for FSM / CAFM solutions
- Identify product improvements, missing functionality, and optimization opportunities
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Translate customer and business needs into product requirements
- Introduce industry best practices and modern product management processes
- Prioritize features, backlog, and product initiatives
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support product discovery and long-term platform vision
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong experience in:
- FSM (Field Service Management)
- CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management)
- Facility Management / PropTech / Real Estate Tech platforms
- Experience working with SaaS products
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to work independently and challenge existing assumptions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
