Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Specialist to join us for a client project. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on expertise, solid functional understanding, and the ability to take ownership of key solution areas.

What You’ll Do

• Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions
• Work with work orders, scheduling, resources, crews, assets, inventory, and mobile scenarios
• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs
• Lead fit-gap analysis and process mapping
• Extend Field Service using Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Support integrations with other business systems and data sources
• Propose practical, scalable, and maintainable solution approaches
• Communicate clearly with business, technical, and senior stakeholders
• Support testing, documentation, validation, and user adoption
• Contribute to AI-assisted delivery where relevant

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
• 6+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, or Microsoft Business Applications
• Experience with Power Platform
• Deep understanding of work order lifecycle, scheduling, resource management, asset management, inventory, and Field Service Mobile
• Experience with functional design, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process modelling
• Understanding of integrations with Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a client-facing role
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
